Why I Built This Firm
I have always believed that when someone is wronged, justice should be practical and meaningful. That belief is what led me to begin my legal career as a criminal prosecutor, and later to the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where preparation, professionalism, and accountability were non-negotiable.
Today, as a civil personal injury litigator, my work is centered on restoration. We help clients reclaim what was lost, including time, peace of mind, health, mobility, and quality of life.
This firm also exists because I saw firsthand how often people are underserved by attorneys who treat personal injury cases like routine transactions.
A close friend was rear-ended in a collision and was then told by his attorney that pursuing his underinsured motorist (UIM) claim was not worth it, and that he would likely recover only a few hundred dollars. After discouraging him from enforcing coverage he had already paid for, that same attorney had the audacity to ask for a five-star review.
I stepped in, walked my friend through the entire process, and helped him understand what his options actually were. The outcome was clear. He recovered more money from his UIM claim than his prior attorney obtained for him from the liability portion of the case.
That experience confirmed what I had been seeing across our community. Too many firms deliver minimal effort, minimal communication, and fast settlements that serve the firm’s volume model, not the client’s best outcome.
